Sara AlMahri

Sara AlMahri is an AI researcher and entrepreneur specialising in enterprise AI, agentic systems and supply chain resilience. Her PhD research in Engineering at the University of Cambridge focuses on agentic AI, large language models and knowledge graphs for complex supply chains, including multi-tier visibility, disruption intelligence, and decision-making under uncertainty. Her broader work examines the role of AI in strengthening industrial resilience, economic security, and national security. Sara is also the Founder and CEO of Mina AI, a Cambridge-based AI company building AI-native workforces for industrial enterprises. Mina develops AI workers that execute complex procurement and supply chain workflows end-to-end, grounded in enterprise data, organisational knowledge, and human oversight. She has authored peer-reviewed research and industry analysis and speaks internationally on enterprise AI, supply chains, and industrial resilience.
